Piano Service Experience

I have over forty years’ experience tuning and repairing all major brands of pianos. My career began by tuning, repairing, and rebuilding pianos for local piano shops. Since then, I have worked on numerous brands of pianos in all venues, including homes, studios, concert halls, schools, and churches.

Training

I was trained by several local piano service experts, including classes taught through the Piano Technicians Guild.  In addition, I had the privilege of receiving a week of intensive training at the Steinway factory in Astoria, New York.  +My instruction included piano tuning, repair, action regulation, and rebuilding. As a result of this comprehensive training, I am able to find the most efficient and cost-effective way to bring out the best performance in your instrument.
